Episode transcript
Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom podcast. Today I interviewed Dan Hannam. He is the founder and Chief Investment Officer at Hannam Capital Management. And me and Dan have been meeting together for breathwork sessions pretty much every day for the past month. I've been leading breathwork sessions on Zoom, and it's basically 10 minutes of guided breathwork. It's not the traditional breathwork you get from Wim Hof or from other sources of breath work that are really intense and kind of get you high. It's not about getting you high. It's more about keeping you grounded and making you more focused. A lot of the things that will get you high also bring you off the track. And what I'm trying to get people is on track, like get you grounded as possible so you can do the work that you need to do. And so me and Dan have been doing that for about a month. And just in the process, I found Dan through Twitter. A friend of mine, Mark Weinstein, he retweeted my tweet about breathwork sessions. Dan found that and then joined the breathwork sessions and been meeting with Dan, and then we got to talking after one of them and he said he's into crypto. I'm really into crypto. So we. I invited him onto the show and turns out Dan knows a lot about crypto. He's been in it for a long time and knows a lot about other stuff as well. So I really enjoyed doing this episode. We went a lot longer than I normally do. We went about 40 minutes, 40 minutes longer than is normal for me. But it was a really great episode. I hope you guys enjoy it. If you do enjoy it, please join me for the breathwork sessions. I included a little one in this one. We just wrapped the breathwork session with the podcast itself, so you can get a sense of what it's like to do these. It's much better live rather than listening to it recorded. When it's live, there's something special about it. Something about having the same being on the same page with a bunch of different people at the same time is very different than just listening to a recording of it. And that's why I'm doing these breathwork sessions on Zoom, is because live is a very, very different thing. So, yeah, if you're interested, please come join us. You can find me on Twitter Stuart Alsop iii and just send me your email and I'll add you to the email list where I'm. Where I'm. Where I'm sending these out. It is free right now. It will not be free all the time. I'm going to start charging for addition to this email list. So if you want to get on for free, I'd recommend acting in the next week and sending me a Twitter DMuartAlsoPIII with your email and I'll add you to the email list. So have a great day.
