So we've been following each other on Twitter for a long time. Really excited to sit down with you and understand more about what makes you tick. But then also last week we did this cool thing where it was like a live zoom meeting with other podcasters and stuff like that. How long have you been running your podcast?

Mike Townsend01:10

2013. Yeah, we started in 2013. I was a spinoff. Around the Coin was a spin off from my startup at the time to try to grow the customer base. We were competing with square building, like a web based point of sale. And I was on Quora all the time. And I met these two other guys on Quora who are avid writers on payments, like 5,000, 10,000 answers on payments, and sent him a message and said, hey, if I organize a podcast and I do all the work, will you talk to me? Basically, and that worked out. And we talked for three hours every Sunday morning and it was awesome. We did that for five years. And then I started interviewing people one on one in 2018.
