Episode transcript
Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast. Today I interviewed Robin Rothenberg. Robin is a expert in breathing and I was really interested in to understand more about her view on breathing and what she has found to be helpful because I am also extremely interested in breathing. I've dealt with asthma since I was very young and I used to wheeze a lot and breath has always been a difficult thing for me to do. And then I started learning techniques for how to manipulate the breath maybe 10 years ago and then how to just become aware of the breath about seven or eight years ago. And it has been transformational and I'm really great to I'm really grateful for Robin and what she has to share here and I think it's going to be valuable for you as well.
