About this episode

Kamal and I talk about his philosophy for loving oneself and how to do it. The day we recorded I was actually in the midst of a pretty deep depression and so it was telling that Kamal's message was to love myself, which I do believe is the way to get to the root of the depression.

I was in the middle of a

deep depression, and it was very challenging. And I am honest about that on this episode. It's really interesting what Kamal has to say, because the antidote to depression does seem like loving myself. And if you're feeling depressed right now, it probably has something to do with that as well.

It's like a lack of ability to

turn that loving, loving kindness back on myself and to love myself fully. It does seem related to that. So this episode was very valuable for me and actually brought up some.

What's the word?
