What can we learn about creativity from taking pictures with an analog camera? - Christopher Michel

It's almost like photography is good. Photography is necessary but not sufficient to be successful in any of these fields. This is true, I think, in many, many fields. It's not unique to photography, but I do think a lot of people have this, you know, maybe they believe that by making good photographs that will be sufficient. And I just don't think that it is. And, you know, that's disappointing because not every photographer, not every great photographer really likes marketing their work. A lot of them don't want to do the hustle of, like, you know, working with gallerists and selling their prints and framing, going around in shows. They don't like promoting themselves. And this is, you know, one of the things about life that's a little bit unfair is sometimes the world's best people don't self promote. And I find it to be a paradox. You know, my favorite people in the world, I'm promoting because they're not promoting themselves.
