Woah. This one was the hardest interview I've ever done. Kapil warned me that what he had to share was not what any of my other guests had shared before and he was right.
I actually had to cut out 8 minutes of the interview because all that could be heard was silence and heavy breathing as a tried to integrate the intense truth he shared. My life has changed drastically in the few days since I have done this interview.

The greatest work will be in coming face to face with the truth, that all of the things that you are chasing are empty and all of the rules that you are following are lies. That's your work. That's what will take work. The rest is downhill.
Hi, my name is Stuart Allsop, and this is my podcast, Crazy Wisdom, where I interview creative people about how they work with and manage the stress that is inherent in creative work. What I've realized over the past 10 years of my research is that anybody who is creating something of value that is significantly different from what has come before is considered crazy. Most of us have a fear, an ingrained fear of going crazy. So what I'm saying is, grab onto that fear, realize that it's there, and just go with it. Because the problems we're going to be facing over the next 20 years require crazy people in order to solve them.

I don't put it succinctly. I spend myself. I spend my time trying to find the truth about the things that truly matter in the lives of human beings.
