Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast. Today I interviewed Nathaniel Raymond, who is at Yale and is studying global affairs there and lecturing and teaching about global affairs. And this was a really interesting podcast for me because I grew up in a family that was always talking about politics and my grandfather was a journalist along with my great grand uncle, both pretty famous within D.C. talking about politics. So like politics and talking about politics, particularly geopolitics runs in my blood. And I kind of given it up for a long time. I studied it in university, but then I've given it up and this episode with Nathaniel is kind of coming back to it because now I'm starting to see this, this, this intersection between technology and global affairs, particularly this strike that happened a few months ago where the Israeli army was cyber attacked and then chose to cross the line from online into physical space and attack a physical Hamas target. And this is really important because now that is a precedent and it is a precedent that will probably be repeated over and over and over again. And Nathaniel is the perfect person to talk to. The audio isn't the best on this interview, but I hope the content is. That's what I'm aiming for. And I hope that I'm going to set the expectation here that my content isn't the type of content that needs to be wrapped in a little, pretty little bouquet for you to consume. If that's what you need in order to get the information that you need. There are plenty of other places to find that. My, the, my expertise is getting the quality of the conversation and the quality of the wisdom and the quality of the information out to my listeners. So that's the most important thing I'm aiming for. And I this episode was really, really good and I hope that you find a lot of value in it, particularly if you're interested in global politics and the way that global politics interacts with technology. Nathaniel has a lot to say about this, so hope you find it interesting. If you do, please find us on itunes by searching for Crazy Wisdom and hitting subscribe. And if you do find the content to be of high value, please please leave us a review. Hope you have a great day. Thanks.
