Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast. Today's interview is with Jerry Teixeira and we spoke on Zoom maybe about two or three months ago. And I'm just now publishing this interview and it's been really interesting. I reached out to him because another guest of mine, Cameron Seppa, is active on Twitter along and he talks a lot with Jerry on Twitter about bodyweight exercises. And so I've started following Jerry as well and the tips he gave me on how to bring more strength training into my life with very few extras, so I don't need any equipment, were really helpful. And I went from, you know, being able to do one pull up, not even one pull up to now I can do probably about 20 and I just use the. I go for a walk every day on in Golden Gate park and on the way there are these stop signs, stop lights, and on the bottom of the stoplights is a pull up bar essentially. And so I've been using those to do pull ups on my morning walks every day. So it's the content he put out there is really helpful and it's helped me a lot. So I wanted to reach out to him for an interview. And we did an interview. I'm very interested in biomechanics. Biomechanics being the way that our body works and how muscles develop, how fascia interacts with muscles, all of these different things. And so Jerry has a lot to say about this and definitely is very knowledgeable on this subject, not only with theoretical knowledge, but practical knowledge as well. And I think you'll really enjoy this interview and I hope you do. If you do, please find us on itunes by searching for Crazy Wisdom and hitting the subscribe button or. And if you really enjoy this episode, then please give us a review. Hope you guys have a great day. Thanks. Bye.
