Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast. Today I interviewed the two co founders of Fathom AI, a very interesting piece of wearable technology, along with some very interesting technology that analyzes what those wearables are telling us about our body and about injury prevention. I have always had a lot of issues exercising. Not really with injuries, but with chronic stuff. I had asthma as a kid and all these other types of situations. And so for the last five or six years, I've taken a really intense interest into what's happening in my body when I exercise and what's. How can I live and move more comfortably and the science behind it. And so this was really fun to dig into their knowledge base about what they are learning about the human body from their wearable technology. And it also makes me interested in the future of biomechanics and of technology's ability to help us work with more chronic issues and prevent maybe chronic issues as well. So I really love this episode and I hope you do too. And if you do, please find us on itunes by searching for Crazy Wisdom.
