Hiten Shah - Where Tech and Spirituality meet

Because a lot of times, like I think we focus on pain and negative experiences from childhood. And that's good. I get it. Those are, those are, those are there. But then there are experiences that we might not reference as negative or painful that are impacting us. And, you know, a lot of this has to do with, you know, there's other concepts like reparenting, which is this idea that, you know, you grew up with your parents and they did the best they could. However bad or good you perceive it, they did the best they could. I mean, this is just the best way to think about it. And the funny thing about this that I found, and it's like a big switch, is this idea that whatever experience that they, they, whatever experience you had was your experience regardless of what their intention was. And that's life, that's relationships. And that's something I think really important because then you can start understanding not what did they mean when they said something or did something. It's more what did I internally take in and what story did I create, regardless of what they meant or their intention.

He's one of these people who's been really generous over the years with giving unique insights that only come from playing in the battlefield. And so it's been a huge honor and inspiration to talk with him today. Really valuable information, really valuable wisdom we got out of this talk. It's work in understanding your own processes. Self awareness, the key keys to knowing yourself. This is a really important episode.
