And so to get back to your question of, like, how does spiritual practice interface with work practice? A lot of it is around the definition of yourself. Who are you? What values do you actually hold? There might be certain values that you espouse because they sound good or because it's socially required to do those things. And you may be living a different set of values. So I think to be mindful enough to know what your actual lived values are and then to be looking to refine, those are really important principles.
