It's like, oh, there's this ontological foundation I can now build where I have this ability to deal with, like, the startup world, which is probably one of the most difficult things in the world. It's like you're simultaneously dying and living your best life at the same time, all in the same day, all in the same day, all in the same time. You're like, what is going on? It's like one day this is going well, the next day you have to fire your employees, and it's terrible. And no one wants to deal with that. So how do you deal with that? Life as a startup founder, even going through tough stuff in your family life, it's very hard to deal with that. But there are tools out there that are holes, not the pieces. Like meditation is a piece. Look at the whole tool.

Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom Podcast. My guest today was Charlie Pinto. He is formerly a Google, an angel investor, and was introduced to one of my previous by one of my previous guests, Jude Gumilla, the founder of golden, which I highly recommend you guys check out. And he was introduced to me by Sumon Sadhu in New York from Plato Designs. And all three of them were incredibly interesting interviews. And this is like the crescendo right now with this interview. Charlie has a lot of very keen insight into the whole practice of spirituality, which is essentially the whole practice of life. You can't split it up into separate things. And meditation is becoming really popular right now because people are saying, because high status people are saying, oh, you got to do this in order to live your life. Meditation is just one piece of the puzzle. As Charlie talks about, it can't be the whole thing. So you got to figure out how to live life as a whole, not as something separate, but as a whole. And this gets to the point of yoga, which means union, which is to, well, it's a big, big question to actually say what yoga is because it's pointing to something that is the backdrop to the language that I'm speaking right now. So hope you guys enjoy this. If you do, please find us on itunes and by searching for Crazy Wisdom. If you like it, give us a review.
