Access to financial markets to people who wouldn't necessarily have it. So for example, if you're a middle class person in like, I don't know, India, and you want to buy The S&P 500, that's like historically been quite difficult to do. Uma, which is another project based out of New York, just launched like yesterday, and they now have a token that's basically a representation of the S&P 500. And you can just buy that token and then the contract settles at the agreed upon expiration date.

Hi, my name is Stuart Allsop and this is my podcast, Crazy Wisdom, where I interview creative people about how they work with and manage the stress that is inherent in creative work. What I've realized over the past 10 years of my research is that anybody who is creating something of value that is significantly different from what has come before is considered crazy. Most of us have a fear, an ingrained fear of going crazy. So what I'm saying is grab onto that fear, realize that it's there and just go with it. Because the problems we're going to be facing over the next 20 years require crazy people in order to solve them. So welcome to the Crazy Wisdom podcast. My guest here is Arianna Simpson, the co founder of the Autonomous Ventures Fund, correct?

So really excited to have you on the show. You tweeted about an unpopular opinion about why you think remote work doesn't work. And I kind of want to go into that a little bit, particularly in this theme of the relationship between stress and creativity, because remote work is becoming very popular, it's becoming very hyped. It's like the new thing these days. So I want to get a contrary opinion to that and figure out why you think remote work doesn't really work.
