Andy Sparks - How do you write clearly for business?

I think the most interesting one for me in my career so far has been getting attuned to what it feels like to be in, like a physiological state that's primed for flow. And so I've done a ton of writing over the last three years. Before that, I would. I did a few blog posts, I would journal a lot. But now I've been writing a ton, right? I write a newsletter almost every week. We've been writing. I wrote almost this entire guide. And I also have found that I think really well by writing. So when I'm really struggling with either a relationship issue at work or outside of work or whatever, I'll write about it and just ask myself questions and questions. And every once in a while I found that I'll write out a four or five paragraph sequence and I'm like, that is really good. I've done enough writing that you see that and you're like, dad, wow. And what I try to do is notice how I feel in that moment because now I've noticed that, you know, three weeks later I'll be walking down the street after I come back from the gym. And I feel that way. Oh, this I have the feeling. The feeling that usually corresponds with great writing is happening right now. I need to run home and get to a laptop.
