Yeah, let's get into that. How, how did you find yourself at Google from Argentina? From Buenos Aires.

Soledad01:19

So I was hired in 2011, that seems like a lifetime ago, to do Google Ads. At the time they were starting their Google Ads team to basically teach companies and brands how to build their businesses online. Seems crazy to think that we're now in the AI frontier, but at the time we were at the Internet frontier and that's when I came on board and my role was basically a bit of consulting with brands to under for them to understand like what online online marketing could do for them and E commerce and all that jazz, which seems so old now, but at the time it was such a novel thing and brands were very wary about whether it would work or not. So my first role was with Google Ads. But then shortly after, I think a year after, I was able to talk to someone in the US at YouTube to convince them to hire their first Spanish speaking Latin America employee to work with brands also. And like in a. In the same light, to teach brands how to do YouTube content in their channels and convince them that having them as a repository of TV ads was a bit of a missed opportunity. And then the rest is history. I was at YouTube for nine years after that.
