About this episode
In this episode I do things a little differently, instead of interviewing Henri Meijer, he helps me to remove limiting beliefs that get in the way of me starting and running a business.
Its kind of like business therapy and I'm getting all vulnerable by showing it to my audience. Mentorship and coaching are so important but if you have never done it before it can seem quite abstract. If you've ever been interested in what it might be like, listen to this episode.
Check out Henri Meijer's Linkedin for more on what he does!

Episode transcript
Hi, my name is Stuart Alsop and this is my podcast, Crazy Wisdom, where I interview creative people about how they work with and manage the stress that is inherent in creative work. What I've realized over the past 10 years of my research is that anybody who is creating something of value that is significantly different from what has come before is considered crazy. Most of us have a fear, an ingrained fear of going crazy. So what I'm saying is grab onto that fear, realize that it's there, and just go with it. Because the problems we're going to be facing over the next 20 years require crazy people in order to solve them.
Hey everyone. Welcome to the Crazy Wisdom podcast. My guest here is Henry Meyer and he is the founder of Edward and Robert and the co founder of Safe Houses in Berlin. A really interesting thing they do for founders of companies to help them figure out what is going on in their personal lives and in their work lives to see how they can make themselves more effective. And today we're going to be doing things a little bit differently from my normal podcast. We'll actually have Henry do his work on me in a recorded video so that everybody can see what this work looks like. And the relationship to stress is that I have a lot of stress in my life. And what Henry offers can be helpful for entrepreneurs dealing with stress. So I wanted to give an actual experiential understanding of the what Henry does. Can you explain a little bit more about the way you work?
